江戸壱ラーメン - Edo Ichi Ramen

A chicken and soy sauce based soup and thick noodles.  overall I give it a 80.  The soup was great, the noodles were average.  the only reason it didnt get a higher score was because of the raw bean sprouts and the 100 yen per slice fee for the char shu.

One thing that helped the score though was the Chefs politenes and you could see the joy he finds in making ramen when you look at his face.
